Due to the tremendous success of the radiotheranostic pair of [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 and [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-177, which target prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA), in the clinical management of patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer [16], such 68Ga and 177Lu paired radiotheranostics have set the benchmark for the development of FAP-targeted radiotheranostics in preclinical and clinical studies [14]. The gene discussed is FOLH1; the disease is prostate cancer.
