The pathway enrichment analysis using miRWalk pathways validated that the A549 cell-derived exosomal miRNAs participate in cellular pathways relevant to cancer pathogenesis/progression (Integrated Pancreatic Cancer Pathway, small-cell lung cancer, chronic myeloid leukemia, prostate cancer, Glioma), as well as in pathways deregulated during cancer progression, such as MAPK, Wnt and p53 signaling pathways, DNA damage response pathways, focal adhesion, and cell cycle regulation (Figure 5f). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
