CXCL5 and Familial prostate cancer: This study explored the concept that CXCL5 is an antioxidant oncogene through the CXCL5/CXCR2/HO-1 pathway in prostate cancer cells, suggesting that the CXCL5/CXCR2/HO-1 signaling pathway could provide a new strategy for the treatment of oxidative stress in the prostate.
