In many studies, bee bread, propolis, honey, and pollen extracts have exhibited the ability to act as antidiabetic, anti-obesity, and anti-Alzheimer’s agents by inhibiting related enzymes, including α-amylase [93,94], α-glucosidase [93,95], lipase [96], AChE [97], neuraminidase [98], ACE [99], urease [97], trypsin [100,101], tyrosinase [102], CA [103], TrxR [104], and ADA [105].
