TNFAIP6 gene expression was shown to be greater in the A3 and A5 cell lines than a T2 cell line derived from a tumor in the athymic mice after injection of A5 cell line, indicating that Tumor Necrosis Factor is crucial for regulating innate and adaptive immunity by activating immunological defenses even before the tumor is formed by the effects of radiation and estrogen. This evidence concerns the gene TNFAIP6 and neoplasm.
