This study builds upon our previous foundational works, wherein we observed anti-CA I autoantibodies in sera of patients with hemato-oncological malignancies [44] and identified four primary immunodominant epitopes: NVGHS, DGLAV, SSEQL, and SLKPI displaying affinity for anti-CA autoantibodies derived from patients with multiple myeloma who spontaneously regressed after HDT and ASCT [33]. The gene discussed is CA1; the disease is plasma cell myeloma.
