In another phase 1/2 trial evaluating mesothelin-targeting TCR therapy in mesothelioma, NSCLC, ovarian cancer, or cholangiocarcinoma, 20% responded to the treatment, 77% experienced some level of disease control, and 70% survived at least six months (n = 30), with high-grade pneumonitis and cytokine release syndrome (CRS) observed in 16% and 25%, respectively [98]. This evidence concerns the gene MSLN and mesothelioma.
