To date, two new BiTE conventional constructs have been tested on solid tumors in Phase I open label clinical trials: i) AMG 211, a carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in patients with relapse/refractory gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma (NCT02291614), and ii) Pasotuxizumab, a prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) in patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer (NCT01723475). The gene discussed is CEACAM5; the disease is Familial prostate cancer.
