The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved uses of futibatinib and pemigatinib for FGFR2 fusion-positive cholangiocarcinoma and an additional use of pemigatinib for myeloid/lymphoid neoplasms with eosinophilia and rearrangement of PDGFRA/PDGFRB or FGFR1 or with PCM1::JAK2 (14–16). The gene discussed is FGFR2; the disease is cholangiocarcinoma.
