Similarly, we observed higher FRC-like scores were associated with significantly improved survival in immune checkpoint inhibitor treated patients with lung cancer (p < 0.01; anti-PD1/PD-L1) and melanoma (p < 0.001; anti-CTLA4/PD-1); unlike HNSCC, iCAF were not prognostic (Fig. 7D; Supplementary Fig. 9F, G, H).
