CD8A and neoplasm: In contrast to the increased pro-tumour phenotype of macrophages after chemotherapy, CXCL13+CD8+T cells (tumour-reactive CD8+T cells) exhibited elevated cytotoxicity, inflammation, and activation scores after chemotherapy (Figs. S2A–C), which is in line with the elevated antigen presentation scores in dendritic cells after chemotherapy (Figs. S2D–F).
