The RACK1/eIF4E axis modulates HCC chemoresistance and growth, which has been well documented, and we observed that a reduction in RACK1 and p-eIF4E expression after SENP3 knockdown, thus we speculated that SENP3 promotes HCC progression through RACK1-dependent modulation of eIF4E. Here, SENP3 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
