In both infusions, patients with higher-grade CRS (≥ grade 2) had significantly higher peak concentrations of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), IL-10, interferon-γ, and C-reactive protein than did those with low-grade CRS or without CRS (grade 0–1 CRS) (Fig. S2). Here, IL6 is linked to congenital rubella syndrome.
