Although the impact of the BAG6 pathway on NK cell cytotoxicity is known to be context dependent, it has been reported that BAG6-NCR3 crosstalk is integral for regulating immune responses, particularly NK cell activity and dendritic cell maturation, in non-small cell lung cancer and chronic lymphocytic leukemia [54–56].
