In this cross-sectional study of patients with high-risk nmHSPC and PSA doubling time of less than 9 months who were eligible for the EMBARK trial, PSMA-PET findings were positive in 84% of patients, detected M1 disease in 46% of patients, and found polymetastatic disease (≥5 lesions) in 24% of patients. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and glycogen storage disease VI.
