JAK2 and gastric cancer: Given that JAK2/STAT3 is frequently activated in various malignancies, including GC, where it drives cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and shapes the immunosuppressive microenvironment [47, 48], the discovery that SERPINE1 activates the JAK2/STAT3 pathway not only reveals the regulatory mechanism of exosomal let-7 g-5p, but also provides a potential explanation for the role of SERPINE1 in promoting GC cell proliferation.
