The results indicated that downregulation of lnc-CHAF1B-2 resulted in decreased protein levels of β-catenin, GSK-3α/β, cyclin D1, and c-myc, whereas upregulation of lnc-CHAF1B-2 led to increased expression of these proteins, as shown in Fig. 6C. This suggested that lnc-CHAF1B-2 influenced the initiation and progression of gastric cancer by activating the Wnt/β-catenin signalling pathway.
