TP53 and neoplasm: The P53 and GAGE7 antibodies are the most common tumor antibodies, with several studies (19, 21, 22) showing a significant difference in expression between patients with esophageal cancer and healthy controls; however, the low expression levels of P53 and GAGE7 in the present study may be related to the interception of the reference values of antibody levels, individual differences between patients and the accuracy of different manufacturers of detection reagents.
