Through CellChat analysis, we learned that several B cell subpopulations in NPC can communicate with tumor cells via CD46-JAG1, which is a receptor in the notch signaling pathway that promotes the progression of various tumors, including acute lymphoblastic leukemia, gastric, breast and ovarian cancers, and that inhibition of this pathway can inhibit the progression of many tumors through a variety of pathways. This evidence concerns the gene JAG1 and ovarian cancer.
