This study identified a risk scoring model based on a composition of 14 risk genes (FCRL3, FCRLA, ZBTB32, IGFLR1, ITGB7, PLD4, GABARAPL2, ATP6VOE1, ACTB, PKM, GAPDH, VOPP1, TPM3, MTHFD2), which could be used to predict the overall NPC patients' survival (AUC (1 year) = 0.619, AUC (3 years) = 0.691, AUC (5 years) = 0.664). This evidence concerns the gene ACTB and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
