This study identified a risk scoring model based on a composition of 14 risk genes (FCRL3, FCRLA, ZBTB32, IGFLR1, ITGB7, PLD4, GABARAPL2, ATP6VOE1, ACTB, PKM, GAPDH, VOPP1, TPM3, MTHFD2), which could be used to predict the overall NPC patients' survival (AUC (1 year) = 0.619, AUC (3 years) = 0.691, AUC (5 years) = 0.664). The gene discussed is GABARAPL2; the disease is nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
