This study identified a risk scoring model based on a composition of 14 risk genes (FCRL3, FCRLA, ZBTB32, IGFLR1, ITGB7, PLD4, GABARAPL2, ATP6VOE1, ACTB, PKM, GAPDH, VOPP1, TPM3, MTHFD2), which could be used to predict the overall NPC patients' survival (AUC (1 year) = 0.619, AUC (3 years) = 0.691, AUC (5 years) = 0.664). The gene discussed is GAPDH; the disease is nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
