High expression of TXN and TXNRD1 with low expression of TXNIP was associated with dysfunctional T cell phenotype and shorter survival of the breast carcinoma cohort (Figure S6) and colorectal carcinoma cohort (Figure S7), in accordance with the abnormal expression status of the Trx system in BRCA and COAD.
