Kaplan-Meier curves showed that higher expression of MYC, HIF1A, CCND1, and AKT1 was significantly related to worse survival, while elevated expression of TP53 and STAT3 was significantly related to improved survival, implying the role of these hub genes in the assessment of the severity and prognosis of cervical cancer patients (Fig. 5).
