As shown in Figure 8A-C, tumor volume and weight in LV-DUSP3 group were smaller and lighter than in control group, indicating that overexpression of DUSP3 impairs osteosarcoma in vivo. Moreover, to verify EGFR/STAT3/SOX2 axis in vivo, we examined the expression of p-STAT3, p-EGFR, and SOX2 in the two groups of tumor tissues, confirming the significant downregulation of p-STAT3, p-EGFR, and SOX2 expression levels (Figure 8D-E), which was consistent with the results of IHC staining (Figure 8F).
