RAB34 and breast carcinoma: RAB34, which regulates cell morphology and motility, showed no significant differences in expression between GC and normal tissues; however, higher levels of RAB34 in GC tissues were associated with a worse prognosis, consistent with findings in other cancers, such as breast cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, and glioma (Sun et al., 2018a; Wu et al., 2017; Hou et al., 2022).
