Through the use of the Wilcoxon signed-rank test algorithm, a total of nine types of immune cells in the GSE_combine dataset were found to be significantly different between patients with AIS and the Control group (Fig. 9b): plasma cell, regulatory T cell (Treg), CD8 + T cell, activated NK cell, γδ T cell, M0 macrophage, M2 macrophage, neutrophil, and activated mast cell. Here, CD8A is linked to androgen insensitivity syndrome.
