To evaluate whether Srpx2 is responsible for MT-100-induced neurovascular regeneration under diabetic conditions, we knocked down Srpx2 expression in mouse corpus cavernosum tissue via infection with different doses of lentivirus expressing small hairpin RNA (shRNA) targeting Srpx2 (shSrpx2, 5 × 103, 2.5 × 104, and 5 × 104 TU/mL) or scrambled shRNA control (shCon) lentivirus (Supplementary Fig. 9). This evidence concerns the gene SRPX2 and infection.
