In colorectal cancer, miRNAs are able to influence the sensitivity of colorectal cancer cells to chemotherapeutic drugs by regulating CCND1 [32, 33], in non-small cell lung cancer, miR-495-3p and miR-545-3p inhibit cisplatin resistance in non-small cell lung cancer by suppressing CCND1 expression [34, 35], and in hepatocellular carcinoma, CCND1 suppresses 5-Fu sensitivity in hepatocellular carcinoma by promoting hepatocellular carcinoma stem cell differentiation to inhibit 5-Fu sensitivity in hepatocellular carcinoma [36]. Here, CCND1 is linked to colorectal cancer.
