RNF152 and neoplasm: Previous studies have reported the potential impact of BCAAs on the proliferation, migration, and invasion of tumor cells via the mammalian target of the rapamycin (mTOR) pathway.[32, 33] Through the RNA‐seq of SACC‐83 cells overexpressing CDH11, we observed a significant upregulation of RNF152 and ATP6V1B1, which are responsible for sensing BCAAs and regulating mTOR complex 1 in the mTOR pathway (Figure 6G).
