The findings indicated that the upregulation of BCAP31 expression was associated with an unfavorable prognosis in twelve distinct cancer types, namely ESCA, cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), LIHC, BRCA, COAD, HNSC, GBM, LAML, KIRP, LGG, LUAD, and SKCM. This evidence concerns the gene BCAP31 and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
