According to the mRS Scores at 3 months after stroke onset, multivariate logistic regression analysis found that high levels of MPO-DNA, AIM2, and IL-1β at 24 hours after stroke onset were associated with poor prognosis in LAA stroke patients (P=0.007, OR (95%CI): 4.88 (1.53, 15.5), P=0.012, OR (95%CI): 2.78 (1.25, 6.17), and P=0.017, OR (95%CI): 3.44 (1.24, 9.49), respectively), and coexisting T2DM were associated with poor prognosis (P<0.05) (as shown in Table 1).
