Furthermore, Li et al. (2020) found that the expression of miR-101-3p is reduced in irradiated NSCLC tissues and cells, confirming that miR-101-3p enhances NSCLC radiosensitivity in animal experiments. Sun et al. (2024) further demonstrated that exosomal miR-101-3p from bone marrow MSCs enhances NSCLC radiosensitivity by regulating EZH2 and promoting DDR and tumor cell autophagy.
