Through the utilization of SNPs as IVs and the integration of various MR methods, we found that the expression of CD93, CYBB, DOCK8, IRF1, MBOAT1, MYO1F, NLRP1, NOD2, PIK3R1 were associated with an increased risk of PCOS, while the expression of PTER was associated with a decreased risk of PCOS. The gene discussed is CD93; the disease is polycystic ovary syndrome.
