In AKT1 (r = −0.31, p < 0.05), BRAF (r = −0.36, p < 0.05), CTNNB1 (r = −0.1, p < 0.05), GAPDH (r = −0.39, p < 0.05), KRAS (r = −0.31, p < 0.05), MYC (r = −0.28, p < 0.05), and SRC (r = −0.3, p < 0.05), immune score was negatively correlated with lung cancer and the highest correlation coefficient was in GAPDH.
