The results showed that anti-HLA-I antibodies were both an independent risk factor for PTR ((odds ratio [OR] = 2.765, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.184–6.453, p = .019) and P/P PTR (OR = 3.171, 95%CI: 1.130–8.894, p = .028)), while CRP subgroups (OR = 3.036, 95%CI: 1.083–8.512, p = .035), splenomegaly (OR = 4.667, 95%CI: 1.495–14.567, p = .008) and leukemia (OR = 3.059, 95%CI: 1.047–8.936, p = .041) were only for P/P PTR (Table 2).
