The findings demonstrated that only anti-HLA-C autoantibody positive could nearly predict the occurrence of PTR (OR = 9.205, 95%CI: 0.896–94.586, p = .062, Figure 2E), while splenomegaly and anti-HLA-C autoantibody positive were both the independent risk factor for P/P PTR (Figure 2F).
