To further investigate the potential mechanism by which the UeMsb2 gene functions during hyphal growth and infection in U. esculenta, we analyzed the expression of b signaling pathway genes related to pathogenicity, including Prf1, bE1, bW1, Hdp1, Rbf1, Biz1, Clp1, and Kpp6, following UeMsb2 deletion [1]. This evidence concerns the gene CLP1 and infection.
