Currently, three BRAF inhibitors—vemurafenib, dabrafenib, and encorafenib—are approved by the FDA for the treatment of cancers with BRAF mutations, such as unresectable or metastatic cutaneous melanoma, metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, metastatic anaplastic thyroid cancer, and metastatic colorectal cancer [62,63,64]. Here, BRAF is linked to metastatic colorectal cancer.
