We collected the MAVE data, probing mutation effect(s) on the functions of four different enzymes, namely PTEN tumor suppressor (PDB ID: 1D5R, Chain A) [56], human cytochrome P450 CYP2C9 (PDB ID: 1OG5, Chain A) [57], NUDT15 (PDB ID: 5LPG, Chain A) [58], and Escherichia coli TEM1 beta-lactamase (PDB ID: 1BTL, Chain A) [59], encompassing a total of 15,665 variants across 1343 residues. The gene discussed is CYP2C9; the disease is neoplasm.
