Furthermore, RARγ overexpression has been observed in primary tissue samples and cell lines derived from HCC and approximately half of CCRCC patients,26, 27 indicating its potential as a target for anti‐tumour therapy. However, the relationship between RARγ expression levels in tumours and ESCC patient survival and prognosis remains unexplored territory that requires further investigation.
