NLRP3 and inclusion body myositis: Finally, unbiased coexpression analysis demonstrating that genes with strongest inverse correlation with the NLRP3 level were mostly related to mitochondria, immunohistochemical studies demonstrating abnormal p‐S65‐Ub aggregation in fibres with increased NLRP3 immunoreactivity and the correlation between p‐S65‐Ub level and NLRP3 level support that these pathways are functionally related in IBM.
