Among the 26 genes associated with glioma risk, 10—ACAT1, AMT, AS3MT, DNA2, EGFR, HBEGF, RPS6KA4, SF3A3, SLC4A8, and TGFA—were recognized as potential targets for drug development or exhibited drug‐gene interactions (Table 2 and Table S13), thereby classifying them as tier 1 drug targets in our study. This evidence concerns the gene AMT and central nervous system cancer.
