Among the 26 genes associated with glioma risk, 10—ACAT1, AMT, AS3MT, DNA2, EGFR, HBEGF, RPS6KA4, SF3A3, SLC4A8, and TGFA—were recognized as potential targets for drug development or exhibited drug‐gene interactions (Table 2 and Table S13), thereby classifying them as tier 1 drug targets in our study.
