Neuronal repair in combination with antioxidant therapy of the microgel system can effectively inhibit the release of chemokines, such as CX3CL1, further regulating the CX3CL1/CX3CR1 axis and the downstream NF‐κB‐NLRP3 pathway, alleviating neuroinflammation in PD models by inhibiting the assembly and formation of the inflammasome (Scheme1). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and Parkinson disease.
