Neuronal repair in combination with antioxidant therapy of the microgel system can effectively inhibit the release of chemokines, such as CX3CL1, further regulating the CX3CL1/CX3CR1 axis and the downstream NF‐κB‐NLRP3 pathway, alleviating neuroinflammation in PD models by inhibiting the assembly and formation of the inflammasome (Scheme1). The gene discussed is CX3CR1; the disease is Parkinson disease.
