Antibodies targeting IL-25 could suppress airway hyperresponsiveness (AHR), while the co-treatment with soluble IL-13 receptor α2 (decoy receptor for IL-13) or soluble IL-25 receptor (decoy receptor for IL-25) could synergistically reduce inflammatory cell infiltration, AHR and airway remodeling in allergen induced asthma animal models (20, 21).
