The results showed that the main DEGs upregulated in C0 subtype were TMSB10, S100A10, CLIC1, GSTP1 and RPS21. Among them, TMSB10, S100A10, CLIC1 and GSTP1 have been shown in previous studies to have an oncogenic mechanism in the colorectum as well as to contribute to the poor prognosis of colorectal cancer, and TMSB10 could be used as a minimally invasive serum tumor marker for the detection of CRC, while CLIC1 and GSTP1 may be potential prognostic biomarkers for patients with CRC (94–97). The gene discussed is GSTP1; the disease is neoplasm.
