CD4 and neoplasm: We found that most of these transcripts were more abundant in BRAFmutpTERTwt tumors (127 induced vs 21 repressed) than in BRAFwtpTERTwt tumor Supplementary Figure S3 lists the 127 genes induced in the BRAFmut tumors, which include the T-cell marker, CD4; myeloid marker, ITGAX/CD11c; macrophage marker, CHIT1; check point transcripts CD274/B7-H3 which were robustly overexpressed (BY.adj.P<0.05).
