MLLT3 and cancer: As shown in Figure 8G,H, GO, GSEA and KEGG analysis revealed that cell cycle G2/M phase transition (GO:0044839); positive regulation of cell cycle (GO:0045787), Cell cycle (hsa04110), Transcriptional misregulation in cancer(hsa05202), Regulation of TP53 Activity, TP53 Regulates Transcription of Genes Involved and RAF‐independent MAPK1/3 activation, which provided evidences that MLLT3 is involved in changes in melanoma cell proliferation, metastasis, and stemness at the single‐cell level.
