NOP2, a member of the NOL1/NOP2/SUN domain family of S‐adenosylmethionine (SAM)‐dependent methyltransferases (NSUN1 to 7), has been reported to promote tumor proliferation and invasion.[24] Our findings revealed significant upregulation of NOP2 expression at protein level as well as three phosphorylation sites (S67, S786, and S732) in two typical brain tumors. Here, NOP2 is linked to brain neoplasm.
