Across the patient cohort, we discerned six predominant cell types, including myeloid cells (LYZ), epithelial (including malignant tumor cells, hepatocytes, and cholangiocytes) (KRT19), fibroblasts (ACTA2), endothelial cells (CDH5), T/NK cell (CD3E, GNLY), and B cells (BANK1, JCHAIN), based on their canonical markers (Figure 1B,C). The gene discussed is BANK1; the disease is cancer.
