The results indicated that compared with arthritis mice (+ K/BxN serum −HFD), the levels of IL-6 (P < 0.05), Eotaxin (P < 0.01), G-CSF (P < 0.05), IL-12p40 (P < 0.05), MIP-1β (P < 0.0001), MIP-1α (P < 0.001) and MCP-1 (P < 0.05) significantly increased in arthritis mice combined with atherosclerosis (+ K/BxN serum + HFD). This evidence concerns the gene CCL3 and arthritic joint disease.
