The results from the KEGG pathway analysis were consistent, showing that tumor tissues were predominantly enriched in pathways related to cytoskeleton and structure (Cytoskeleton in muscle cells, Regulation of actin cytoskeleton, Focal adhesion, Adherens junction), cell cycle and proliferation (Cell cycle), signaling and regulation (Rap1 signaling pathway, Wnt signaling pathway, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, Sphingolipid signaling pathway), as well as Proteoglycans in cancer (Figure 4D). This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and neoplasm.
