BRD1 and Miyoshi myopathy: The first four markers with statistically significant differences in p values were analyzed separately by Kaplan–Meier survival curves for RAPGEF2, BRD1, TET2 and TRAF3IP2, the results showed that with the increase of 5hmC levels of RAPGEF2, BRD1, and TRAF3IP2, the OS of patients with MM was shorter, the increase of 5hmC levels of TET2, the OS of patients with MM was longer (Figure 6B–E).
