KEGG analysis demonstrated that characteristic genes were closely associated with “PI3K − Akt signaling pathway” (p = 1.05 × 10− 13), “proteoglycans in cancer” (p = 5.10 × 10− 13), “platelet activation” (p = 2.12 × 10− 15), “chemokine signaling pathway” (p = 8.49 × 10− 13), “human T-cell leukemia virus 1 infection” (p = 3.05 × 10− 14), and “complement and coagulation cascades” (p = 1.55 × 10− 15) (Fig. 1E).
