These reports, together with our findings, it can be inferred that all prognostic signature genes (except for GNG12 and TAGLN2) were poor prognostic factors for glioma, and were highly expressed in glioma tissues [56, 58–65]; but the detailed actions of these genes in gliomas warranted to be unearthed using in vitro and in vivo experiments. This evidence concerns the gene GNG12 and central nervous system cancer.
