Consequently, the platelet-related signature genes (CAPG, CLIC1, GLB1, GNG12, KIF20A, PDIA4, SULF2, TAGLN2, and WEE1) are closely associated with the prognosis of patients with glioma; as well as the proposed prognostic risk model based on these platelet-related signature genes may be an effective tool for predicting the prognosis of gliomas.
